Mossy's is a curiously tasty sweet bio-live yogurt dessert made with just three ingredients - nothing else!

Not only is it so deliciously moreish, it contains live bio cultures. That's why we call it 'surprisingly good' because there aren't many treats that you can enjoy as much as this that contain friendly ingredients! Mossy's has an irresistible silky smooth texture with sweet caramel notes.

How it's made

Step one
Step one Heat the milk

Warm the milk to just below boiling point, stirring gently so as not to let scorch.

Step two Leave to cool

Cool the milk to room temperature, stirring occasionally to prevent a skin forming.

Step three Introduce live cultures

Introduce the secret Mossy's cultures. These are what makes Mossy's so curiously tasty!

Step four Warm the mixture

Cover and leave to set in a nice, warm environment.

Step five Leave to set

Leave for just the right time to make Mossy's so deliciously thick and creamy.

Step six
Step six Pack and chill

Serve in the perfect portion size and leave in the fridge to chill. Then it's time to enjoy!
